Payment methods
PayPal or direct bank transfer. Any transaction fees are paid by the student. Payment is due 48 hours before the first class.
Package validity
Monthly package classes must be used within the month of purchase. Remaining classes get a 7-day grace period after month end. After that, unused classes do not roll over and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Give 24 hours' notice. There is no penalty and no lost class.
Cancellations
Monthly packages are non-refundable once purchased. Classes can be rescheduled during the grace period, but cancellations are not offered once a package has started. Enrollment is a commitment from both teacher and student.
Trial class
The trial class is a final, non-refundable purchase. It is a low-cost way to try live coaching.
Frequently asked questions
What age groups do you teach?
Teenagers and adults aged 13+. Classes are adapted to each student's maturity and goals. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
Is there a minimum language level?
No. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners, and every class starts from where you are.
What time zone are classes scheduled in?
Around Spain's time zone (CET/CEST), adjusted to your local time. The booking calendar shows slots in your own time zone.
What platform do you use for live classes?
Google Meet. You only need a Google login, and it works on computer and mobile.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes: the Group Conversation & Culture Hub, with up to 5 students. Most students choose 1-on-1 coaching; write to us and we will find the best fit for your goals and budget.
